上面是他的預約確認書
中間有寫信去問是否要先付訂金，他回不用，check-in時再付款就好了
本人出國習慣，出國前會再發email請飯店確認預約資訊
就在昨天發出email之後，今天收到我的預約已經取消了!!!!!!!!
但我從沒取消過，到官網查詢我的資料，也的確已經沒有預約的資訊
很緊張地就打國際電話去問，因為本人英文破破的
他們也只告訴我 我的那個預約號碼已經被取消，但我跟她說我沒做取消的動作，
是何時取消的，怎麼取消的，他只跟我說用email取消，
其他的就只跟我講I don't know!!!!
但我email只有詢問訂金跟此次的預約確認信，我沒有做過這個動作阿@@
然後就再詢問看4/5-4/11是否還有房間，他回我只剩下吸菸房，
我也先跟他訂了，但價格差很大!!!!! 從55600yen跳到93000yen
想請問一下，有沒有人有過類似經驗，該怎麼再去跟他argue，
我真的沒有做取消房間的動作!!!
從官網取消的話也會寄信過來，所以也不是我手殘去按到
會因為我們訂的太便宜而被莫名取消嗎？
晚上會再請會講日文的朋友打去詢問看看，如果真的抗爭失敗，
只好請以後要訂這間的朋友小心了！！！！
