拿台灣護照就一定要有加拿大簽證才能入境加拿大,西雅圖市區就有加國駐美簽證辦事處,學生可以本人去辦理,一兩個小時就可以拿到了,你住在愛荷華,最近的是在底特律,要郵寄辦理的話約要十個工作天,你可以上它的官網:http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/detroit/imm/c......Showmore
