有關跨國退稅的問題 - 法國

下月要去德法自助...(德進法出)
看了半天有關退稅的文章
知道德國退稅金額是25歐, 法國是175歐
然後要在出歐盟的最後一個國家退...

可是困擾我的是....

我在德國買超過25歐元的退稅單
在法國可退嗎?
還是也要依據法國規定, 超過175歐才能退呢?
