有關退稅表格第11格 - 打工旅遊

請問按照板上退稅表格說明:
Line 11－列舉扣除額。請填入已付或已從薪資扣掉的州所得稅與地方所得稅總和
(State and local income taxes, 在W-2上可能為分別列出或合計)


我的稅有Federal income tax & State income tax

請問第11格是要填Federal+State還是只填State??
