灰狗巴士訂錯日期 - 打工旅遊

我也不小心訂錯日期了
但我覺得是他們系統 因為有時差的關係 導致出錯
所以就寄信要求 不付手續費換票
以下是得到的回信其中一段

We would like to offer you a refund for the ticket scheduled for the worng
date if you buy a new ticket with the right information. Be advised that if
you are in a different time zone you will need to push the date ahead by one
day choosing and then reply to this email with the ticket with wrong
information along with a proof of the new ticket bought.

現在是 要我再買一張 然後回信跟他們說我買新的一張 他們就退費給我嗎?

怎麼這麼沒效率

有人要這樣的經驗 可以分享一下嗎?
