屏東是台灣最南方的城市，也是最熱情、最有人情味的城市之一，在台灣。而屏東的天氣也跟當地的人們一樣，一年四季都很熱情。
屏東這個地方，外界都認為它很落後，甚至有許多人認為屏東都黑人、都不穿鞋、會牽著牛在接上走....等。事實上，這是錯誤的，屏東人所接收的知識都是跟台北同步，而屏東熱鬧的程度甚至比宜蘭、花蓮、台東還高吧！
大部分的人聽到屏東就會想到墾丁，甚至認為屏東=墾丁，我在這邊告訴大家，這是錯的，從屏東市到墾丁至少也要100公里呢，比宜蘭到台北還遠!那接下來就為大家介紹屏東最有名的地方之一 ：墾丁！

Pingtung County is located in the southern region of Taiwan. It occupies 2,775 square kilometers of scenic mountain and coastal land as a peninsula between the Taiwan Straits and the Pacific Ocean.
This Hengchun Peninsula has an exceptional range of geographical features including tropical weather, a warm-water ocean influence, many rivers, impressive mountains, rich plains, and the numerous advantages of sub and tropical rain forests. The county measures 112 kilometers from north to south, accompanied by the dramatic Central Mountains on the east, marine-rich Bashi Channel on the south, and Kaoping River on the west neighbouring Kaohsiung County. Proudly, the majority of this unique people of Mount Tawu live on this long and narrow land, whilst others reside on a small island quaintly called, “Little Okinawa” (Hsiau Liouchiou).
Pingtung Plain proudly boasts not only outstandingly beautiful scenery but also its abundant natural resources and has been long-valued as an ideal home for the aboriginal people such as, the Pingpu tribe(s).
Intriguingly, Pingtung Plain was once called Monkey or Monkey Land, situated to the east of Banping Mountain in Kaohsiung, it has been renamed as we know it today, ‘Pingtung. Since 1920, Pingtung has been governed by Kaohsiung State. In 1950, following the implementation of a local self-govern policy, Pingtung County started to administer its own one county city, three towns, and twenty-nine townships. Currently, it registers a total population of nine hundred and ten thousand.
