Due to our continued and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking to recruit a
Mandarin Speaking Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be
responsible for a wide range of general administrative and translation
duties, as allocated by the executives of the business. Operating within a
multi-cultural setting, the role holder will be fluent in both Mandarin and
English and act as the bridge for successful and harmonious communications.

Key Accountabilities:

General administrative duties, including e-mail, telephone calls, meeting
arrangements and/or attendance, accurately reflecting and recording ongoing
actions. Assists in the smooth-running of the day to day administrative
operations, including travel arrangements and supporting colleagues in
meetings, internal and external.

Qualifications/Experience:

Proficient in both Mandarin and English in written, oral and listening
abilities. A general understanding of IT terminology in both Mandarin and
English is required.
