好比原訂時間是今天的下午6點入房
但因行程時間耽擱希望可讓我延至8點入房

Hey, this is Hillary Clinton and I have a reservation with you from October 10th through October 15th. My original check-in was scheduled at 6PM but due to the flight delay, I will arrive late around 8PM. Please make a note on my reservation for this.
As matter of fact, I don't think you need to worry about this at all. I check in to my hotel reservation after 10PM all the time even without letting them know. Many credit cards offer "late arrival guarantee" and typically "late arrival" means after midnight.
