最近申請退休金
其中要證明簽證失效的文件
我是提供護照裡出入境的章
因為離開澳洲沒有蓋出境章
所以我提供了我回台灣後又再去別國出入境證明給退休金公司證明我離開澳洲了
但退休金公司還是要我提供移民局的證明我簽證已失效
以下是退休金公司給我的回信:
To process your Departing Australia Superannuation Payment benefit, please
provide a letter from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection
confirming that your VISA has been cancelled.

上面只看到實體信箱沒找到E-MAIL
請問有人知道電子信箱可以聯絡的嗎?
