今天我留在我的行程。在被海外之前，我覺得有點安心去國外出差，特別是因為我住在亞洲數年的想法。但也有人跟我行程感到有些忐忑約生病（東西很自然），並已收到建議免疫臨走

我今天出發踏上旅程。我以前曾經出國，所以覺得出國旅行很自在，特別是我在亞洲曾住過幾年。但是和我同行的人對於旅途上生病(那是很自然的事)卻感到憂心，所以他們在臨前去打了出國時通常會建議施打的預防注射。
