資深鄉民很少上ptt了,但是為了1111的玉山單攻還是上來爬了好久的文
本次單攻是所屬建築師公會所辦的活動,隊員一共九人,雖然我42歲了卻仍是最年輕的成員
除了這次的玉山單攻之外,我就只爬過合歡北峰(為了繳交玉山單攻的照片)
凌晨3.00起登,約中午登頂,傍晚16.50回到登山口.這行程對大叔來說真的實在是太操了..
爬完之後有些小小的心得提供給同為年紀較大的單攻新手分享
1.不要背太重(我準備完背包大約10kg,背太多東西上去真的像神經病一樣)
響導說5kg差不多
2.帽子不要脫(一脫帽子頭就痛,頭部保溫我覺得很重要)
3.一定要穿登山鞋登山襪(腳踝不比年輕人)
4.一定要用登山杖(這次若沒那兩隻杖,我覺得我一定上不去)
5.最好戴護膝(下山對膝蓋不好的人來說不會比上山輕鬆)
感謝板上資訊讓我有些爬山概念,也感謝下山時最後超越我的ptt鄉民,讓我重新燃起
可以趕上接駁車的想法(幸好最後有趕上阿,沒趕上真的會更慘)
