我本身是3月17號 再AGODA訂得明洞L7

看到你得文後 我去查我的訂單 上面是沒有寫免費取消

我後來在留言有看到有人貼 只要是台港澳的旅客 都可以免費取消
PS 但是目前 入住日期 限定再2月 公告寫得

我順便分享一下 我寫信給L7 問他們說 關於這次 役情
以及他們是否會拒絕 來自台灣 不是來自中國的旅客入住

他們是回說它們歡迎所有旅客都來 有點迴避了這個 臺灣 中國的分別
但是至少 給了我正面答覆說 不會拒絕台灣人CHECK IN

他也提到 要是武漢肺炎 變得更嚴重 L7 會同意旅客免費取消這次的訂房

但是要我們跟 訂房的地方 提出申請 L7會同意的意思
下面是他們的回函

Thank you very much for your staying with us.

First of all please note that the L7 hotel's welcome guests who visit to
hotel.

And if WARS Getting worse, we allow guest to cancel these reservations
without penalty for this time because of the pneumonia in Wuhan.

And if you would like to cancel your reservation, you must contact your
travel agency customer service center.

Cuz the AGODA has to change or cancel the reservation by their system.
