上個月訂好的 Airbnb 大阪住宿，前天收到房主來信說因為被政府來檢查後房子無法再出
租，今天就收到 Airbnb 通知訂單已取消，讓我可以選擇預訂其他房源或者退款，接著收
到
另一封客服信件除了道歉還表示另行訂購的住宿如果超出之前那間，費用由 Airbnb 吸收

請問如果 booking 其他喜歡的住宿，不管溢價多少的 Airbnb 都會買單嗎？

有其他人遇過類似被取消住宿的鳥事嗎？
