昨天晚上收到HOTELQUICKLY 客服的回信,
他們好像要開始調整推廣政策了,以下是官方客服回信內容:
Hi Chou,

Thank you for completing the evaluation following your experience with HotelQuickly.
I noticed you did not score your overall experience very highly and that you had a payment/voucher/refund issue issue.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have encountered.
We hold our customer satisfaction and enjoyment in the utmost regard and we are sorry this did not occur here.

Regarding the decreased Friend-Redeemed-Voucher value, per 1 January 2016, we have entered a different promotional period and some changes have been applied accordingly.
Yet, our product development team is actually in the process of deploying the changes again.
Estimated to be effective per March or April 2016, all our Gold and Platinum Members will have the original value (40 NT) for the Friend-Redeemed-Voucher.

UICKLY有先天上就流失的族群,他們應該自行考量推廣
政策,才不會越做越辛苦。

多個平台互相競爭是對消費者有利,HQ的價格蠻有競爭
力,但是訂了不能退,時間也只能提早一個禮拜,這是
比較限制的地方,但晚鳥訂房原本就是他的主訴求,針
對非計劃性的旅行或是商務需求,價格基本上是最低,
就算買貴也可以推雙倍價差,我是覺得很好用

到HQ對別的國家比較友善,台灣使用者常遇到態度不好
的客服...感覺要看運氣,自己遇到過,應該可以看得
出來我的介紹火力沒有像之前那麼猛烈XD
