HotelsCombined 訂單失敗 - 自助旅行

請問一下，我今天在 HotelsCombined 上訂了房間
但是在付款頁面確認後出現 There was a problem processing your credit card. Please double check your
payment information and try again.

但是我打電話到信用卡公司，他們是說這筆有扣款成功，也有授權碼
這樣我並沒有完成訂單資料

不知道各位是否有遇過這問題？
