個成人）買的渠道不讓我退。
原本查詢有一次免費改票，但不確定兒童-成人是否在改票範圍內，就寫信去問。

ur E-TICKET. Please contact the travel agency where you bought it.

For your information, the unused Exchange Order (MCO/E-TICKET) of the JR-WEST Ra
il Pass (such as Kansai Area Pass) can be refunded after you exchange it for the
actual rail pass at the JR-WEST ticket office in Kansai-airport station. The ha
ndling fee (10% of the sales price in Japanese yen) will be deducted.
但爬文時好像看到有人寫兒童票不能退，又有點慌，想問一下有人退過兒童票嗎？
