Nab app轉帳回到台灣 - 打工旅遊

人已經回到台灣了
上個月辦理退稅下來 用了nab app 打開 password code 可以轉帳
這次退休金下來 用同樣的方式 卻不能轉
它寫著 We have lost you. We can’t connect to the internet.Please check your connection and try again.

我重新開網路 一樣出現這個對話框，請問有人曾經發生過這樣嗎？謝謝
