大霸尖山的特權林道,上新聞了...
不管山友是不是真的受傷
不管今天警車是進去載「貴賓」還是「執勤人員」
重點從來不是「登山能力」,而是「特權」
這條林道,是「特權專用」,是不爭的事實,因為不管載過多少執勤人員,只要載過一個
「貴賓」,它就是特權林道,不論是處裡的高官們要去登大霸,還是政府的高官要來登大
霸,大鹿林道的大門,永遠為他們敞開,歡迎光臨。
一般山友呢?
抱歉,平民們,你們沒有考過高普考分發到雪霸,用走的吧。
雪管處自從雪山西稜線開放以後,作為一直都很不錯,那麼這大鹿特權林道,我們是不是
看得到為民敞開的一天,就讓我們拭目以待吧。
這裡說的「開放」,指的是開放官方經營接駁車,那才是能減低干擾的方式。開放一般山
友的車輛進入雖然我更喜歡,但基於理性我不太支持,因為裡面停車空間不足、路幅小會
車困難,真的這麼做那將比現況還糟...

順帶一提,用「保育」兩個字來推託不開放,那可是嚴重的愚民。放一群登山客花「六個
小時」沿路聊天走路影響整條林道影響大,還是車子開「一個小時」直達登山口影響大,
大家可以思考一下。
至於廢氣問題,請提出科學化調查後的成果,證明接駁車那一天不過40趟次的車流廢棄會
對林道造成影響,否則那也是一種方便行事的愚民策略而已——武陵農場都沒在管車流量
了,大鹿林道一天開40趟次的接駁車會破壞生態?一個管理處可以這麼大小眼的嗎?
