剛好看到版上有鄉民分享理賠心得文
因此我也來貢獻一下
我人在挪威讀書
2017/12/13當天人在瑞典斯德哥爾摩旅行完經挪威奧斯陸轉機要回挪威卑爾根(ARN-OSL-
BGO)
買的是SAS北歐航空的聯程票
ARN-OSL這段delay 30分鐘左右出發不過後來沒什麼大問題
OSL飛BGO這段原訂是下午五點出發 (航程約一小時)
我下午四點到OSL機場後看了電子看板悠閒地走到候機室
4點15分時想說再去電子看板確認一次(有時候可能會換登機門)
沒想到電子看板竟然顯示我的航班cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!
(不是天氣問題,那天天氣很好)
明明前一天已經完成線上check in和劃位
行李都托運完成登機牌都拿了
當時真的是腦中跑馬燈不斷出現(因為隔天學校有非常重要的事,所以我當天非回到BGO
不可)
後來只好趕快跑去櫃檯問情況
堂堂的奧斯陸機場裡SAS航空竟然只有兩個票務櫃台
於是排了【整整一個小時】才輪到我處理問題
後來櫃台改給我的航班是19:35
(此時我主動問SAS櫃台是否有補償,SAS規定是若延遲超過兩小時有100挪威克朗的代金
卷可在機場使用,價值約台幣380元左右,但只能在一間店裡一次用完,超爛。)
沒想到航班又delay變成20:30起飛
20:30登機後最後21:00飛機才真的起飛
到BGO機場都快晚上10點了 (原本晚上6點就能到BGO的)
最後再搭車回宿舍整個精疲力竭
再來說說要求賠償的部份
我當天(12/13)回宿舍後立刻去SAS官網填寫問題表格
結果完全無聲無息 於是我2018/2/5有點生氣的再mail一次過去
然後SAS隔天就回覆我了
簡單來說SAS的意思是若我有飲食部份的消費可以賠償我
原文如下:
We are sorry that your trip did not go according to plan, and we do understand
your disappointment and frustration.
To delay, or in the worst case, cancel a flight is our last alternative, howev
er, sometimes it is unfortunately the only option. When this happens we reimbu
rse food and beverage, telephone calls, accommodation and if applicable transp
ort to/from the hotel.
Should you have had any of these extra costs we will be glad to help you. Plea
se send us:
(1)A cost specification
(2)Receipts, scanned or photos will be fine
(3)Bank details – name of the bank, IBAN number and BIC/SWIFT code*
我隔天立刻回覆SAS說我當時並沒有在機場有額外飲食消費
並拿出歐盟航班條款詢問是否有航班取消的250歐元賠償
但對方一直沒回覆於是我2/10再寄一次
SAS終於在2/14回覆我
然而SAS回覆說我那個航班是”機場限制”(?)的緣故所以必須取消且無法賠償
原文如下:
Flight SK822 was delayed/cancelled because of airport restrictions, which acco
rding to the regulation is to be considered as an extraordinary circumstance f
or which the airlines are not responsible.
Since SAS interpretation of the regulation is that we have taken all reasonabl
e measures for trying to avoid the delay, we are sorry to say that we cannot m
eet your request of compensation in this case.
SAS直說無法賠償我也懶得再跟他們交涉了
而且他們信件回覆效率超慢
雖然比原訂時間晚4小時到BGO但至少最後有在當天到
也就當作自己運氣差遇到鳥事吧
總之以上是個人經驗分享供大家參考
