TGV重複刷取費用退款問題 - 歐洲旅遊

版上的大家,

是這樣的,我在5/19時透過網路訂了TGV的車票4張
可是後來收到確認信時卻發現他給了我兩組確認碼然後刷了我8張票的錢
想當然爾我慌慌張張的就開始寫信給客服,
以下是目前我得到的回音,
可是我看了老半天還是不知道我到底該寄什麼東西給TGV去完成退款
所以想來版上求助一下,
有沒有人有過同樣的經驗呢？
或是有人知道客服寫的bank statement到底是什麼嗎？
我是有再寫信跟他請教是否可以詳細說明何謂bank statement
但我怕又收到“請參照前一封完成退款”的回信
有人知道我到底可以怎麼完成我的退款動作嗎？

ps.今天跟信用卡公司詢問,他們說TGV已經完成請款動作
所以我的帳單上會有這筆金額了

雖然我曾經想過算了就別爭取了,
畢竟英文信件往返對我來說滿痛苦的
可是那畢竟是92.8歐元的差異
還是有點吞不下這口氣

Thanks for the response.
but can you explain more about the bank statement?
Is that means my credit card number?

I've called my bank, and they said that the amount due has not yet been
deducted from my bank, therefore, they said that you could cancel the
transaction directly from your side.

I choose to collect the tickets from an automatic ticket machine,
and I haven't collect them yet. So I don't have the original unused duplicate
tickets.

Would you be so kind as to tell me what I should do further?
