因為前陣子有人抱怨板上風氣不太友善,加上也常常看到
東京自由行討論壽司的話題,所以想說寫點心得分享,看
有沒有拋磚引玉的效果,當然,有一些很難訂的壽司店就
不列入討論了。
不管價格我就是要一次攻頂:
鮨 はしぐち

這家就是某社長愛裝神秘說的赤阪XX壽司。這家壽司其實
不太適合初學者去,貴、氣氛很嚴肅,不能照相,店主沈
默寡言,不過論握功的話應該有東京前三。店主握出來的
壽司一體感無與倫比,本來像我這種愛裝懂頭頭是道分析
壽司料如何醋飯如何如何的,那些分析功夫在這邊的壽司
完全不適用XD只會感覺到這邊的壽司美味渾然天成。這家
店的醋漬過的壽司更是有著如同異次元般的美味,以店主
的功力來說,本來這家任何材料都是必殺等級的壽司,但
是這家的手剖沙丁魚壽司更是必殺技中的必殺技,建議要
去的話訂沙丁魚當令的季節。

也很貴,也很嚴肅,也不能照相,熟成路線,氛圍和味
覺上的衝擊力無與倫比。店主換過很多師父XD以他的美
味程度來講算好訂味的。
味道不輸那些二三萬日幣的店,但絕對比較便宜

帶起重口味赤醋流行的先驅,就算跟高級店比便宜一點,但純
論味道說不定有東京前十?

個人在銀座地區的私藏愛店,不論午晚餐都CP值拔群
也是重口味赤醋,硬飯,一萬日幣出頭可以吃到接近二十
貫,而且絕大部份都很有水準。個人認為贏過不少家一星
壽司,甚至有些二星壽司也不如他。店主跟台灣也小有緣
份XD不過訂位比較麻煩一點
稍微避開比較好的店

並不是說這家味道雷,而是這家店印象中只有店主一個人
在做沒有學徒幫忙(剛好是社長很愛的類型XD),用餐時
間會拖的很長,記憶中大概超過三個小時,握壽司時間拖
這麼長爽感就減半了,而且又在有點偏僻的地方,實在不
太方便。聽說今年會搬去港區就是了。

壽司之神的愛徒,樣樣通樣樣鬆的代表,沒什麼缺點可挑
,不過反過來說也沒有代表性的必殺技,說不定是日本本
土最弱的二星壽司店XD
築地壽司CP王
本種

握壽司1.5人前1500日幣,天然魚料,切的又大塊,握起
來還不差,粗中有細,應該是築地週邊CP值最高的壽司,
而且通常不用排隊。
