飲水:
帶兩個500C.C.軟水壺,從0.4k管制站到九九山莊大概喝600C.C.
再裝滿後出發,自九九山莊來回大霸霸基大概也喝500C.C.
最後一次補水後回到0.4k管制站,總共大概喝2000C.C.內。
熱量:
帶約2000大卡,包括奇多隨手包、MM巧克力、軟糖等,
去程至大霸霸基約每小時吃150大卡~200大卡,
回程僅在九九山莊補一次300大卡而已,最後剩餘700大卡左右。
沿路進食或拍照停休數次,每次1~3分鐘。
穿著:
迪卡農短褲+icebreaker短袖羊毛衫
Haglöfs L.I.M Goretex外套(太陽出來後就脫了)
RHO AR長袖刷毛(這趟沒穿到)

如果要單攻請做好充足準備,並謹慎評估體能及時間
簡易心得:
沒有跑量及跑步經濟性的我,選了這條不是很擅長的一日路線,
扣掉前後共34k只能跑跑走走的的林道,
從馬達拉溪登山口往返大霸霸基約21k+2200m,耗時5h39m。
因前17k造成的肌肉疲憊僵硬以及為了後17k保留體能,
這樣的爬坡/下坡速度還算滿意。
最後總時間10h35m也符合期待,可能大部分歸功於意志力。
畢竟回程已無法穩定維持跑姿,
強迫自己以每跑7、800公尺便走50公尺的頻率前進,
跑不動就用走的交替輪流,以不休息為前提下完登。
路況
馬達拉溪登山口上九九山莊原本石瀑區封鎖改道,
自一旁繞行的替代道路泥濘極多,
加上大小不一的濕滑岩塊不算好走。
過中霸山屋後到中霸坪有數段路面殘雪結冰,
可以不上冰爪,需小心謹慎通過。
