雖然版上已經有很多一日四秀文章,
不過季節不太一樣,分享在冬季低溫碰到的幾個情況
讓接下來這個冬季會上山的朋友們參考
1. 第一次嘗試穿那麼少在0~-3C快速登山,所以前半段讓自己心跳
維持在區間三內(147~160左右),休息也盡量減短讓身體不要冷掉~
不過從新達山屋休息再出發時很明顯的感受到大腿四頭肌一直在抽筋邊緣掙扎,
需要放慢速度重新熱機避免抽筋爆掉~
另外與大大討論後,一開始區間三強度拉太高,建議長程路線配速可降到區間二,
避免後半段掉速~如果區間二會冷,就再多穿一件中層,而不是靠拉速度維持熱度XD
2. 低溫碰到另外一個沒想到的問題就是水塔結冰,
原本計畫出發前裝滿四支軟水壺共2L,並在品田回程時新達或桃山補水,
但因為夜晚低溫讓新達/桃山山屋水塔都結冰無水可取,
還好詢問新達山屋內的阿清協作可以提供熱水讓我裝,差點因為缺水問題要提早下山
感謝辛苦的協作大大!!
3. 出發前確認氣象只有零下氣溫沒有水氣,但還是攜帶了簡易橡膠帶釘鞋套,
若碰到結冰路況仍可安全通過
4. 這次裝備補給拜讀參考了版上&單攻社團的黑大&元植大,
除了每小時約補充200卡熱量,元植大介紹的銳速咖啡因錠吃下去半小時後明顯有效,
讓重度咖啡因成癮患者的我解決咖啡補給問題;另外搭配電解液粉維持體內電解質平衡
5. 出發前只在車上睡兩小時,外加深夜低溫對於體力&精神力會大量消耗,
建議如果有長時間單攻行程前一晚要多休息,下山後也要先休息補眠降低開車風險
