後面跑去桃山瀑布就沒計到吊橋時間了
心得:
1.裝備參考hiker CP大大的輕量化
換索羅門野跑包+補給策略變更有感
2.中間一度以為可以壓10hr內;結果ㄧ趕進度馬上踩到爛泥樹根,拉到大腿
回程回三叉那段,只要有上坡整個爆掉
龜速爬行
3.另外夏季喝水量錯估,帶的太少,還好山屋有水
4.路上遇到另一組人單攻四秀,被拉爆
補給:
水1.1公升(山屋補500 cc)
Sis能量膠*6
BananGo能量蕉*4(剩1,這款頗難吃)
蛋白棒*2(剩1)
鹽糖*10
麵包*1(買不到飯糰..)
捨棄堅果肉乾,發現啃不下(要灌水吞)
起登吃香蕉、蛋白粉、威德*1、肌酸
爬山前一天會吃比較多碳水
最後補一張池有名樹
