心得:
1.一日四秀是我夢想清單之一,只不過結婚生子之後真的沒時間,自認體能有一定基礎,為了評估是否可行上個月單攻雪主東7小時4分,最近也加強跑步的強度5k約21分半內,雖然不及8年前的體力,但應該堪用
2.因為禮拜天不斷下雨,老婆一直勸退,不過看中央氣象局跟windy直覺頂多陰天霧雨,想不到沿路大景連起霧都沒有
3.準備要走喀拉鳥時,才發現雨衣放車上只有雨褲,好家在風衣有防潑水,之後如果天氣不好下大雨再用避難袋頂著先在撤退,幸好沒用到
4.過詩崙山後知道有展望,可惜差了幾分鐘就能看到完整的日出,剛好太陽一照體力也恢復不少,終於在喀拉鳥才有遇到人
5.到新達山屋的時候已經8小時,體力已明顯大幅下降,速度上不來,而且到V斷小腿跟腳趾竟然都快抽筋,只好先緩和一下,不然太恐怖
6.到三叉營地已經爆掉下坡一整個厭世,沒多久手錶也力氣了,最後回到登山口躺著休息一下,再快走小跑回吊橋結束行程
