這趟是一日四秀繞完一圈後,再從池有登山口回新達山屋過夜,累計爬升才會破4000公尺。
很感謝好友在帶朋友兩天一夜池有品田行程時,還順便幫小弟揹睡袋睡墊到新達山屋,讓小弟能任性亂搞一天。

這趟上坡股四頭肌蠻僵硬,中間一度有要抽筋的感覺,只能降速維持盡量不休息的節奏吃完這1000公尺爬升,莫名其妙的是走回新達山屋路上又覺得腿肌好多了,到了直接鑽睡袋睡覺,隔天輕鬆下山不再贅述。
