如果要我說在上海吃到最好吃且最難忘的食物,應該就是這赫赫有名的小楊生煎包了!!
小楊生煎包在上海有幾間分店,我們是到南京東路站?(有點忘了捷運站名= =), 在Uniqlo旗艦店旁的百貨公司3樓~
詳細的菜單如下
吃過上海的生煎包後,就會覺得之前所吃過的根本都不能算是生煎包阿~頂多只能算煎肉包吧...
小楊生煎包底部煎的微焦,外皮有點兒嚼勁不會一咬就破,但是這一破可是會燙人的!!!
這外皮裡面可是包著滾燙的肉汁,剛端上桌可別傻呼呼的一大口咬下去,他可是會燙的你哭爸爸叫媽媽...
為什麼我會這樣苦口婆心地叮嚀呢?因為我就是被燙到舌頭的那一位!!
裡面的肉汁很多,餡料的部分很香,有點類似像胡椒餅裡面的內餡,但比較沒那麼嗆辣。
生煎包 5RMB/4個
牛肉酸辣粉 10RMB/碗
我覺得還好,牛肉的香氣沒有出來,反倒是廈大附近的重慶酸辣粉比較夠味!
咖哩牛肉血湯 8RMB/碗
第一次吃牛肉血,很滑溜,還不錯吃啦~
湯頭的部分是淡淡的咖哩味,淡到我有點懷疑是不是有加水!?XD
總體來說,我最推薦的還是生煎包
至於湯的部分個人覺得普普通通,如果想要把胃省起來吃其它美食的話,就不要點湯了吧~
雖然那時吃生煎包吃得有點狼狽,但它的美味讓我久久無法忘懷
他是我最想再回味一次的上海小吃啦~
