下山時下坡路走法有技巧嗎? - 健行

一直以來,下坡路比起上坡路讓我苦惱,
走上坡時多能走到跟上河圖的時間配置差不多,
但下坡時就會大幅落後,也會走到隊伍後段去,
尤其是那種樹根石頭交錯下坡路段,相當苦手,
我自己分析原因有:
1.路徑濕滑,樹根石頭落葉這些都是暗藏危機之處,腳踩下去有時會滑步,
讓我感覺害怕不敢走快
2.重心難控制,山徑中常常有踏點不夠容納全腳掌,上坡時前只有前腳掌著地,
但身體重心在前就會感覺穩定,但下坡時變後腳跟著地,身體重心配置就很困擾,
因為踏點也常常不是水平的,而是有一點斜向下的,這時身體重心如果向前,
會覺得一直向下衝煞不住的感覺,而且膝蓋負荷感到變大;
身體重心如果偏後,加上如果踏點不平又有點濕滑的話,
就會有向後倒的感覺(想像一下踩到香蕉皮滑倒的畫面,就是那樣)
3.基於上述原因,我下坡時都會用登山杖輔助,可以稍微改善,
但畢竟走的還是不順,而且重點是心理那種一直覺得會滑倒的感覺無法消除,
想先請教一下各位先進的經驗看法,有沒有改善解決之道,
我再去中級山多練練應用,感謝大家
