二日台北大縱走 - 健行

**前言:之前嘗試過一日大暴走,但認真覺得越級打怪,加上去年八月確診後,
訓練量大減,決定趁228連假花兩天來練練腳
**天氣:兩天出發都超冷,十點過後就超熱,會曬傷那種
Day1:爬升1771m、水平距離37.65km(Garmin vivoactive 2)
Day2:爬升2253m、水平距離34.1km(健行筆記app)

*第七段:因為今天行程很Free,所以一直亂休息,光早餐就吃了兩家…
0730指南千階
0745指南宮站
0850樟山寺(休20)
0920飛龍步道終點(政大後山)
0930政大吃早餐(大休超過1小時,吃到久違的古早味蛋餅)
*第六段:騎Youbike到動物園,搭捷運到麟光站
1050富陽生態公園
1130世界山莊
1230九五峰(休30)
1310中華科大
*第五段:騎Youbike到南港站覽館,搭捷運到大湖公園站,711午餐休1小時
1440大溝溪公園(南)
1520碧山巖(休10)
1650文間山
1720老地方(休10)
1745(圓山風景區登出,去吃食來運轉)
【Day2】4→3→2→1今天行程較長,但該休的還是休很久XD
*第四段:昨天大湖公園→碧山巖走過了,今天就直接碧山巖起登
0750碧山巖
0910就是小山629m
1000風櫃口(北,休20)
*第三段:這段就是常走的陽明山大縱走,天氣好所以人超多
1220冷水坑(休30,販賣部倒了)
1350七星山主峰
1430小油坑(休30,販賣部倒了,遊客中心水沒了)
*第二段:大屯一向比七星山人少,然後西峰前後一入往常的泥濘濕滑
1530大屯鞍部(休10)
1740涼亭(休20)
1800清天宮(休30,等人順便洗鞋)
*第一段:天黑了,戴頭燈續行
1850貴子坑
1920吳仔厝
1940北藝大(出北藝大就停止紀錄,跑去覓食免得餐廳都打烊了)
**結論:
1.神人可以一日大暴走,普通人(如我)安排兩日很剛好,沒想像中難,到最後還能小
跑步,隔天沒鐵腿,上班有精神
2.冷水坑、小油坑的廠商無預警解約,販賣部沒了,位子變少,販賣機只能投硬幣,小油
坑的飲水機還再次沒水。

3 巴拉卡近鞍部處,有一區聚集了十幾條野狗,注意安全,盡量找像我這種會追打回去的

4.第五段下老地方某一處,GPX顯示左轉,但路怎麼看都是直走,還好我之前被騙過
一次,沒走過的100%會走錯(請務必下載GPX
5.清天宮有兩條水管(還附刷子和牙刷)給山友洗鞋,貼心

6.上碧山巖的小2公車,假日停駛,但有看到小2(區)有在山上跑
7.高爾夫球場→吳仔厝,都是走在車很多的馬路上是怎樣...
