牛カツ専門店.京都勝牛 河原町
之前去一蘭吃宵夜時,
經過前陣子在京都很紅的炸牛排-勝牛,
加上連續幾天晚餐時間看到排隊人潮,
不禁讓我也躍躍欲試跟著大家湊熱鬧,
當日晚上8:00還呈現客滿的狀態(觀光客居多),
排隊約30分鐘才有位置
排隊期間,店員有出來確認人數,
並告知大家黑毛和牛已售完,
可見勝牛有多夯~
門口可以看到店內放置牛肉的冰櫃
菜單(點擊圖片可放大)
桌上還有6種炸牛排(搭配調味料)的吃法說明
1. 芥末醬油
2. 山椒鹽
3. 炸牛派醬
4. 和風咖哩
5. 蛋汁或是山藥泥
6. 將咖哩,蛋汁,山藥泥加到白飯上後,搭配炸牛排一起食用
桌上有提供和風沙拉醬,醬油,炸牛排醬等調味料

山藥泥讓炸牛排吃起來更清爽
和風咖哩醬是屬於偏甜的口味,
搭配炸牛排也很對味
話說炸牛排上桌時有點失望...看起來好薄
勝牛的炸牛排標榜只炸60秒,
裡面應該是五分熟狀態,
看得到粉紅色的肉,
口感也比較生嫩,
有肉汁但沒有血水
炸牛排(里脊肉)的油花較少,
但整體吃起來還算外酥內嫩;
不過個人覺得肉切得太薄了,
沒有大口吃肉的快感
另一份點的是炸里肌牛排京玉膳,
就是把以上套餐中的山藥泥改成溫泉蛋,
而溫泉蛋吃起來就是該有的水準,
說不上好壞
心得 :
可能是對勝牛的期望太高,
導致服用後挺失望的,
沒什麼令人驚艷之處,
也不會被我列為推薦店家;
若有安排大阪行程的話,
反而推薦燒肉力丸( https://goo.gl/Em7NWM )的炸牛排(吃到飽),
不但好吃,而且CP值也高!
