京都巴哈Grand bach VS.相鐵Fresa inn烏丸 - 京都

第一次發文,如有違反規定煩請告知及見諒
小弟預計11月與老婆帶二老(65y) 及一小(2.5y)前往京阪,
行程上預計前兩晚住京都,預定前往嵐山 金閣寺 永觀堂等
目前看了兩間飯店 分別是 京都格蘭巴哈 , 相鐵Fresa Inn 四條烏丸
兩者皆為豪華雙床的房型(23m^2 vs 25m^2) ,前者比後者一晚貴了一千多台幣,
行程上退房後預計會搭阪急電車換飯店至大阪梅田,
有爬過文兩者的地點離熱鬧的區域都不遠,巴哈又更近鬧區了點且有大浴場
但巴哈缺點似乎是房間比較小且離阪急河原町站有一段距離?
能否請教有住過的板友給個選擇上的建議?
