很感謝SYH大之前的文章推薦 有找了這兩本書拜讀
本來想分享的 不過全英文有點吃力 實在消化沒很完全
若只讀一本建議讀 Training for the Uphill Athelete
個人覺得寫得比較好一些 內容類似
我比較弱大概快100%都是有氧訓練
但AeT以下的心律訓練真滿有效的 也不會太累

看work intensity圖表 理論上控制在心跳AeT以下也能幫助燃燒脂肪當能量

之前分享完閉口呼吸 本來想分享fasting training的
但是一般人可能會覺得是旁門左道
光是單攻就已經被念了 還不吃東西啊orz
當時就覺得burn fat的概念跟ketogenic diet有點類似
但我認為fasting是ketogenic吃久了正常的變化
所以直接fasting 好像越級打怪 一般人可能會有低血糖問題
提醒這種練習一定要循序漸進
除非 叔叔//阿姨 有練過 @@
