去日本時,除了去山區,不然海鮮丼通常是一定會出現的美食參考項目。
雖然拉麵也常出現,但海鮮單價較高,而且通常吃它時會比較節制。
只是,到了北海道,除了內陸地區比較少之外,
重點旅遊區域幾乎都跟海鮮丼脫不了關係,
更別說是靠海的。
稚內有副港市場
札幌有中央及二條市場
小樽有三角市場
函館有朝市
看一些北海道的遊記,
通常只要拜訪了這些地方,都會拍一下當地的魚獲(儘管很少會帶回自烹),
然後吃一碗海鮮丼,代表我來過了。
那麼,通常大家去一趟日本,或去一趟北海道,會吃幾碗海鮮丼呢?
如果早上待札幌,中午去小樽,隔天一早又在函館,
你在北海道的每一餐幾乎就都是海鮮丼了,不然就是每天都會吃到海鮮丼。
吃幾碗當然不干我事,愛吃幾碗、能吃幾碗就吃幾碗,
只是好奇是不是很多人真的幾乎每餐吃或是隔餐吃而已。
另外,先不計食材特色,大家覺得在北海道吃海鮮真的有比較便宜嗎?
還是只是用相同價格,能吃到較高檔而新鮮的食材呢?

圖中的三色丼,在大家都很推的三角市場,一碗是2000日幣,
裡頭有海膽、蟹肉、鮭魚卵,
在築地吃,好像也沒有貴多少?
