德元埤位於台南市柳營區東南方約2公里的地方，
是一處存有豐富的埤塘及溼地生態環境結合之綠地。
因為其珊瑚狀之水域有如荷蘭當地的水陸環境，
後來與柳營當地的酪農業結合，
以荷蘭村的構想發展成的特色田園景觀園區。

風車節就是藉著德元埤的荷蘭特色所量身打造的活動，
我們抵達時約是中午的時刻，本以為出遊的人潮不會太多，
但到了現場發現早以人滿為患

在入口處有個全區導覽圖，在上面清楚的標示著園區內的景點位置

園內到處各式風車，這種葵花型的風車也在學甲蜀葵花海有看到

既然是特色景點，供遊客拍照的地方一定是少不。
門口的大小乳牛與乳牛造型的三輪車就是熱門的合照點之一

右手邊開始都是小風車海，有黃色、紅色、白色、黑色、綠色各色風車供客拍照。
不過這裡要再提醒一下大家，小風車很脆弱，請遠遠的拍就好，千萬不要去處碰喔

今天除了是風車節外，也是一年一度的台南水域活動體驗，
於埤塘邊的碼頭上正在準備獨木舟與SUP

本次的體驗活動委託國立高雄海洋科技大學海洋休閒管理系承辦，
團隊具相當豐富的水域遊憩活動經驗，
聘請的教練均有專業合格執照及多年實務經驗。
活動內容包含遊客下水前必要相關安全知識教授、
操作技巧之教練與下水體驗，並提供含口哨之救生衣等必要安全防護裝備

由於我們到達的時間比較晚了，現場報名早就額滿，
所以只能在風車景觀平台上看大家玩囉

坐著的是獨木舟可以1-3人操作，
站著的是SUP（立式划槳），必須獨自操作，難度也比較高
