最近在練體能預計過完年去雪山雪訓...
爬樓梯爬著爬著,跑步跑著跑著,突然很想知道其他山友是怎麼練體能的?
我自己開給自己的菜單是,每兩天跑三十分鐘不間斷,然後負重18kg爬三十分鐘
不知道這樣夠不夠...還請板上強者指點迷津...
