身為社畜的我,時間寶貴
也想安排一日四秀
因此先找了一些里程數較短的山
來作為行前訓練
時間:20220622
人數:1人
天氣:晴
負重:約4kg(包含1公升的水)
里程:里程牌標示來回共13.4
總爬升:1350公尺
總時間:4小時31分(Garmin Venu2)

0617 合歡北峰(休4分鐘拍照加喝水)
0742 合歡西峰(休3分鐘拍照加喝水)
0925 合歡北峰(休3分鐘只拍照)

心得
1.前一晚建議睡登山口附近,體力才不會浪費在開車
2.每個小時一定要補充食物,太晚吃了
等到餓的時候才吃,導致回程最後的坡爬到無力
3.水只帶了一升,下次夏天爬感覺要多帶500ml
這次喝的很剛好
4.現在是花季,回程被賞花的人潮塞住,如果是要爬山的
建議避開花季
5.路徑很明顯,較陡的坡只有回程上北峰那段
其他都還算好走
