單攻的室內訓練請益 - 健行

北部最近濕冷,加上本周和下周的行程感覺會泡湯,
也興起了在健身房鍛鍊的念頭,想跟版上大神們請益
過往在練習馬拉松時,有前輩教:
要成功完賽(輕不輕鬆另當別論),每周累積跑量,一定要達到「報名要跑」的距離
像是報名全馬,每周訓練總跑量一定要超過42K,半馬則是21K,個人覺得滿實用的
有鑑於上述經驗,不禁讓我思考,這能不能套用在單攻的體能訓練上?
像以大壩單攻為目標的我,如果每周在跑步機上,
坡度1~2,*至少*跑38公里(模擬大鹿林道往返)
坡度8~10,*至少*快走+慢跑22.4公里(模擬馬達拉溪往返大壩尖山)
這樣訓練量不知道夠不夠?或是建議應該把一周縮短到幾天之類的...?
然後這菜單可惜無法訓練到下坡就是,希望趕快放晴,好到真正的山裡做訓練Orz
