心得:
1.前一天1500到武陵農場,鋪睡墊睡車上很安靜舒服,只不過可能太亢奮睡不太好
2.摸早黑到369這段滿天星空天氣很好,過黑森林之後都是霧,10.6k風狂尻受不了穿雨衣,
不然一路上天氣不錯涼涼的很舒服
3.爬山本來就吃很少,再加上已長期168斷食,體力一路上都還可以,沒抽筋過所以沒特別
補鹽分
4.下山時收登山杖,怕膝蓋爆掉穿上護膝連跑帶跳,結果襪子只穿一雙,反而是腳底板受不
了,有點磨破皮起水泡
5.自從結婚生小孩就沒爬山,上次是2年前跟同學單攻玉山10小時(停車場來回),原本規
劃9小時,想不到我也可以這麼快
6.下山後休息之餘把車上裝備復歸收一收,沒特別想要吃的一杯咖啡直奔桃園1340的暖窩,
晚上帶兒子去夜市打彈珠
7.原本要要當作1日四秀的前哨戰,不過覺得開車爬山都好累,在考慮一下好了
訓練:
平常都有運動習慣沒特別計畫,僅供參考
每週1、3、4跑步5k約25分速(下雨休息)
今年7月中開始每週5次,VR健身、拳擊約40-60分
主要是以前體能基礎尚可,全馬2X場後期都4小時內
我可以感受到身體的痛苦指數去調整狀況
107年前常爬山,大多重裝跟老婆朋友,時間不可考
補給:
水1.1公升(無補水,只喝900)
巧克力能量棒*2(上山369、雪主各吃1)

葡萄果乾小包*2(吃1)
