香蕉預防抽筋 也是爬坡必備品
巧克力建議 士力架
因為它比較軟 比較好咬 也比較不容易融化
這是環島八天心得 大概吃了五百元以上士力架
三~~四斤的香蕉
2/3都是我吃 不到1/3我老婆吃的
運動飲料跟水不用說吧?
