心得:起登前一定要睡好覺
玉山一日來回大概12小時
平地3000公尺最快15分
供參考
食物:
出發前一顆御飯糰,一罐奶茶,一包energy in
行動糧:肉乾100g,巧克力100g(吃了一半),餅乾100g(都沒吃)
午餐:泡麵120g 雪碧250g
水750ml,舒跑600ml(回登山口還有300)
背包總重約4.5-5公斤
天氣陰 10-15度
4:00 向陽門口出發
5:14 向陽山屋
6:49 向陽登山口
7:11 避難山屋 休14
9:16 三叉山
9:36 嘉明湖 休24
11:36 避難山屋 休50
13:15 向陽山
14:46 向陽山屋
15:43 登山口
供沒去過的山友們參考
感覺起來比玉山辛苦一些
如果平常有在運動,沒有高山反應應該可以順利完成
