在Late Rooms網頁訂房問題 - 自助旅行

請教各位板友

我在Late rooms網頁要訂旅館

他詢問我的卡號 姓名 有效日期

還有Security code

網頁有註明 Your card is used to secure the reservation.
Payment to this property must be made using an alternative
method on arrival/departure.

可是我給了他這些資料 他是不是可以任意扣款了?
