在北海道撞到鹿 - 旅遊

昨天在層雲峽往旭川方向，
經過層雲峽交叉點至第一隧道前，
車速莫約50キロ上下，
右邊山坡上跳下一隻小梅花鹿，
前面的車毫無減速直接撞上，
因為很早就看到鹿從山坡上跳下，
很早就已經煞車，
但是看到鹿從眼前漸漸失去生命，
還是覺得很惋惜，
請在北海道自駕旅遊的駕駛注意車前狀況。
如果沒有電話撞到鹿的時候該怎麼辦？
ps：我是繞過它，雖然會日文也有電話，但是怕跟警察溝通不良。只能祈禱前車迴轉之後有去處理了。
