給冬天上奇萊主北三天兩夜的新手.....
小女子今年貴庚21
經歷:
皇帝殿
五寮尖(完全沒懼高症and還算身手矯健
今年九月 四天
三夜台北出發 嘉明湖+三叉山+向陽山
(事前完全沒運動習慣and竟然很不要命穿帆布鞋上山,包包九kg
走的快死但還是一路順暢有點小落後是跟當初有高山症的一起慢慢走)
因為體育課登山有開奇萊主北在寒假非常想衝一發(不要懷疑是國立科大體育課
本身怕高怕攀的部份完全不擔心(在五寮尖跟猴子一樣
但因為一直沒有固定的運動習慣體能非常差
所以希望從現在十月開始可以訓練體能到一月
再跟大家一起上奇萊且不拖累他人
想問冬天上山跟夏天上山有需要注意什麼很大的差異呢?
大概會背多少kg?
現在是固定一週慢跑兩次練出體能
但是因為還是很擔心所以請問大大
大概有什麼方式可以測試體能呢(例:x分x公司...
我想確定自己做好萬全的準備再上山!
不拖累大家
