奧地利國鐵訂票(布達佩斯---維也納) - 歐洲旅遊

打算要訂票
目前有幾段打算訂:
07/28 維也納 →薩爾斯堡
08/03 Hallstatt站→linz站
08/09 布拉格 →維也納
08/11 維也納 →布達佩斯
08/15 布達佩斯 →維也納

目前都還有看到單人19歐的票
不過在想訂08/15 布達佩斯 →維也納的票時
出現:

單趟只要7.5歐，而且還出現"!"

意思是，我只能買到呈現黑字的那段，灰字的是買不到(或賣完)的嗎?
那請問若我要08/15或08/16從布達佩斯→維也納(或到Bratislava)，有甚麼方法嗎?

另外請問，我這樣的行程，是不是直接買早鳥19歐比較划算，不用買東歐X國通行證?
