在這個板問這問題不曉得對不對啊 ~
我二月底報了雪山登山團,因此最近平日在家會負重爬五十層樓梯的上坡,而
假日上陽明山,大約背五公斤(打算慢慢增加)的重量,從公車總站一路爬到七星山
主峰。
比較讓我困擾的是,上個禮拜,我的路線是從苗埔登山口到主峰,走小油坑下
來,連著走兩天,回家洗個熱水澡,按一按小腿,隔天睡醒除了有點疲累,倒也沒
什麼大礙。我沒有做登山前後的熱身,因為從公車站到登山口那段路,是緩緩上昇
的山路,我認為已經是最好的熱身了。
本週六我走苗埔登山口路線下山時(以前沒走過這條路下山),的確是覺得難走,
登山杖沒法幫助分散重量,沒想到隔天一覺睡醒腳就廢了,小腿腫痛,走路尚可,
爬樓梯就唉唉叫,等到完全復原,恐怕四、五天的訓練計劃要延後了。
我爬文找不到類似的討論串,
但是真的很困擾我啊,我猜我的症狀是在下山時散重不均導致的,但是為啥走
小油坑下來一點事都沒有,換條路走隔天就爆掉了?
下週我打算採取的改善是:
用運動飲料取代原先帶去的無糖綠茶、洗完澡後買罐肌樂來噴、住處沒浴缸,
只能洗熱水再揉揉小腿筋。
不曉得版友們有什麼防止小腿腫痛的方法嗎?
