各位好,補充一下威航的航班取消正式通知全文:
Dear Valued Passengers,
V Air sincerely apologize for the disruption caused to your travel plans due
to MECHANICAL REASON.
Regretably this process took much longer than initially expected and as a
result the departure had to be cancelled. We wish to reassure you that we have
used our best efforts to minimize the inconvience caused.

只要延誤超過四小時,威航會想辦法安排你的飛機,如果你不滿意可免費改期or退票
各位版友未來等威航超過四小時就別客氣用不便險改期去住宿or退票用不便險買別家回台
It is V Air policy that in the event of a flight delay of at least 4 hours, we
will accomodate our passengers on the next available flight. However, if this
arrangement is not suitable, you may wish to reschedule the flight to another
date at no extra cost. If passengers do not wish to travel, you may opt for a
credit/refund of the fare paid.
If you have taken personal travel insurance for the flight, you may wish to
use this letter to support your claims for any additional costs or expenses
incurred as a result of this delay.
We regret any convenience caused and if our service on this occasion did not
meet your expectation.
本次感想:
其實大部分的乘客都很理性沒什麼奧客,提出來的訴求我沒聽到像是報導說的那樣誇張,
頂多就說那他們到台灣已經沒車回台中,威航要補助通勤費用。
買廉航可以接受機位小沒行李這些限制,但回歸最基本的乘客運送服務如果都出包真的
無法接受,這也是我觀察威航待改事項。亟欲擺脫母公司名聲並提供廉航新選擇,如果
後變成常常飛安問題延誤,應該沒有人能常常接受班機延誤4+小時,同時又擔心飛安。
根據威航的這份道歉書,威航當時在機場溝通的人員沒有說這麼清楚消費者權益,
像有些人急著要回台灣,但威航人員沒有說過可以退票或改期,因為下午傍晚都還有其他
航空回桃園,威航是在八點才突然宣布大夥退關囉,之前無任何的plan b給我們選。
另外在場至少3-5位70+的老人,威航也沒有特別照顧,我覺得老人應該要多點照顧才是。
唯一令我覺得超幹的是,我用少用的信用卡刷機票,結果沒帶卡出國...沒花到1萬不便險
另外一問,威航空姐薪水比照其他航空空姐嗎,感覺他們都才大學生 XD
