這個月14號跑去富邦華一外灘分行辦理開戶
服務的小姐非常的客氣，跟我們說明怎麼填資料，需要哪些證件
就當我某填資料填到一半，服務小姐詢問我們...
服務員：可以請教您開戶的用途嗎？
我：旅行，綁定支付系統
服務員：這樣喔，可是我們這邊戶頭沒有10萬的話每季(三個月)會收100元的管理費
我：啊！那一年不就400 (約台幣1840)
服務員：這是我們最近才改的規定，您要不要考慮去別間沒收管理費的銀行開戶呢？
跟老婆討論後，決定放棄開戶。在上海就靠現金到處走嚕....
