尼泊爾當地的tour - 自助旅行

hi 想請教去過尼泊爾當地的板友，
我爬文之後還是不太懂，
我明年一月中會從吉隆坡飛加德滿都，
到加德滿都我想參加mountain flight(飛聖母峰)的tour，
因為我連飯店也沒訂，我可以直接去當地找飯店後，
在飯店請人幫我代訂此tour嗎?
還是我必須在台灣先訂好呢？
另，我還想訂加德滿都到chiwan跟pokhara的bus及，
chiwan的jungle活動和pokhara的飛行傘，等等的活動可以去了當地在訂就好嗎？
一月中去是冬季，這些活動應該都還會照常行駛吧><"
