本魯爬山爬約一年,想嘗試看看越野跑
便選屏風山來試試水溫
當初只求10hr內爬完就好了
因為清明嘉明湖單攻爬了13hr30min
行程:
5:20 起登
6:40 松針營地(小休五分鐘)
9:20 屏風山三角點(沿途小休五分鐘三次)
11:10 松針營地(小休十分鐘)
13:10 登山口(登山口前500m連續抽筋四次==)
沒做太詳細紀錄,起登時速度並沒多快,之後覺得屏風山路很好走,便開始慢慢加速,之
後上坡覺得並不會太累,便大步行走,最後3km才漸漸感受到壓力...
重點在於回程爬升600m,每爬升100m就要休息一次,結果離登山口500m時大腿直接爆掉,
連續抽筋四次,吃鹽也沒用,最後只能一跛一跛回登山口
但是換上野跑鞋後,腳的負擔真的減輕了很多,起初穿重裝登山鞋腳不僅悶的很不舒服,
走稍微快點就會覺得登山鞋很沉重...
我覺得因為屏風山幾乎都是松針植被(踩踏起來特別舒服),加上天氣好,無太陽曝曬,
速度才會進步蠻多的

本日最有感,快不行的時候來一瓶,雖然腿一樣痠,但並不會想要休息,一鼓作氣慢慢走

問題:
1.想請教各位大神,吃補給品的方式是否有誤?因為我都是當下我覺得疲累想吃什麼就吃
什麼哈哈
2.即使屏風山沿途乾燥,但我下坡時仍然不敢走快,稍微一走快腳可能就踩不穩(右腳踝
扭了兩次,幸好並無大礙)
請問可否有訓練下坡踩穩之方法?
3.除了鹽以外,還有何種補給品能迅速緩解抽筋的呢?(鹽糖我吃過,沒啥用...)
