帶小人遊嵐山 - 京都

八月上旬會帶四歲、一歲多的小人去嵐山，
預計半天玩嵐山，半天走33間堂、鴨川黃昏。
從大阪到嵐山，打算坐JR，從龜岡上小火車。
之後走竹林步道跟天龍寺，八月太曬，所以不考慮坐船。
但查資料後發現，嵐山站有60個台階，
而且似乎沒有無障礙設施(？)因此想請教大家推薦的走法。
如果嵐山站下，夫妻一人抱11公斤的小人，一人扛8公斤的推車，
那麼走竹林步道天龍寺後，還有其他時間可以逛別的嗎？
下午去33間堂，原本打算一路走回JR差峨，坐去JR京都搭巴士。
但不曉得這樣走會不會太久，很擔心同行的四歲老大會抓狂。
還是大家有有其他推薦的路線或交通方式嗎？謝謝。
之後隔天去宇治，都住大阪，請教大家比較建議哪個方案？
